Wine industry data from viticulture to final product (from 2016 to 2018)

This dataset includes data covering the entire winemaking process from plot to final product (wine) through fermentation. These data come from experiments carried out by INRAE. The dataset includes information on the evapotranspiration during the year, the nature of the soil of the plot, the date of harvest, the yield, the duration of fermentation, the sugar concentration, the ph, the acidity for each wine studied, the sensory descriptors used. The data cover the period from 2016 to 2018. They could be used to: study the impact of environmental conditions on the final product, study the impact of fermentation conditions on the final product or conversely determine information on the grape vine growth environment based on characteristics corresponding to the wine obtained.
